TIMEX Sinclair 1016

Timex-Sinclair 1016 16K RAM pack expands the ZX81 and TS1000 RAM to 16K (because it disables the internal RAM), and the TS1500 RAM to 32K (because of its 16K internal RAM but needs some POKEs).

It uses 16Kx1 dynamic RAM chips. Assembled in Portugal, France, and Scotland.
