ZX UNO
The ZX Uno is a Spanish project that started in 2013. Initially, it was focused on the ZX Spectrum, but later became an FPGA, with numerous 8-bit machines. The board’s size was projected to be the same as the one from a Raspberry PI, using the same boxes. The initial team was made up of: Superfo, AVilhena, McLeod (that still developed Spectrum’s core) and Quest, Hark.
Spectrum’s core was developed to be as similar as possible to the original Spectrums having, however, holding the DivMMC, ULA+, turbo sound (double AY chip), among others.
