PRODUCTION LINE IN LEIRIA

Showcased beside the lower part of a TIMEX TT3000 is a simple sheet of paper that was used for quality control in a Leiria factory. This factory was a manufacturer of computer casings, a company Timex had a partnership with, as we have been able to confirm.

This was found on a cardboard box, stored inside an electronic warehouse in Portugal.

This has a very special meaning and symbolism for the Museum since it can show how deep we can go into the history of these products, and not just stay by the surface level of how, where and when the products were sold.
