SPECTRUM AND QL STORAGE
On this area we showcase the many vessels of information storage. On one hand, you can see the microdrives for the Spectrum, QL and even for the ICL (QL’s clone). You can also see games in a microdrive format (for the QL), sold in regular cassette tapes’ boxes.
On the other hand, in exhibition is also a Robotronics Wafadrive, which is an English peripheral, rival of Sinclair’s Microdrives, and that could store up to 16KB, 64 KB and 128KB.
A Sinclair cartridge for Interface 2 is also on display, and that cartridge contained the game “Planetoids”.
