INTERFACE Z

Created by our dear friend and ambassador Álvaro Lopes, the Interface Z is a national project, from 2020.

It uses an FPGA Cyclone IV EP4CE6, includes 16MB of RAM and an ESP32 Wireless/Bluetooth module. It allows for the use of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, microSD card reader and an expansion port (for instance, for VGA video output).
  • Interface Z allows for the connection, via Wi-Fi, of a ZX Spectrum to the LED panel we have in the Museum, for instance.
It is an 100% open-source project, and the first interface to ever be released with the LOAD Museum logo, a kindness given to us by the creator.
