*Turning on the Equipment – Safety and procedures:

The equipment must not be left on indefinitely.

Never turn on or off anything whilst the computer is still on, since the computer can blow a fuse because of that.

To turn on the equipment:

1. The first step is to turn on the extension cord on the desk’s shelf. Each computer has its’ own.
2. Then, turn on the computer using the switch on the power cord.
3. The television must automatically turn itself on and be tuned to channel 1. Press the button to change the channel to AV (channel 0). This system is slower and takes a while to fully launch, but the loading is animated.
4. The keys to interact with the system are the very well-known QAOPM. Please do not change any other configurations.

To turn off the equipment, repeat steps 1 and 2 in reverse order.
